New vertical integration chart

The new chart looks great but I cannot get a chart to show a date range other than the default (01 Jam 2005 - 31 Dec 2017). I can choose any date range I like but after the little ball travels up and down the stack the date range reverts back to the default.

Is there a fault? Do I get a chocolate fish?

Luckiest man alive in the lucky country, eh? I'm sure that photo looks like a guy I know whose name is Greg.

If you use the Custom range option on the date picker, you can dial up a date range that spans two years or less. Once the time scale is less than two years, the Time scale parameter will then present Day as an option, in addition to the default of Month. See here where I've selected July 2017 to May 2018 as the date range and then chosen Day from the Time scale parameter.

Make sure you click Apply after selecting your desired date range. If you simply navigate away without applying your selection then, well, you haven't really applied the date range that you selected.

You might have to go buy your own chocolate fish.

Cheers, Phil.

Hi Phil - done all that, tried again now and the date range won't change from default. I clicked apply on a custom date range and selected last year but neither option budges the date range. I can select different date ranges perfectly well for other charts.

A colleague of mine has the same problem (he was the one that brought it to my attention).

The link you provided above took a while to load but once it did the default range was displayed.

Cheers

Greg

Hey Greg - can you please try it again, it should be working as intended now. Guy says he'll buy you a chocolate fish.

The problem was a minor glitch with the underlying stored procedure that was not picked up when testing by those of us with admin rights.

Cheers, Phil.

Yip - that's sorted it, thanks, Phil. I'll be in on Monday to collect my chocolate fish!

Regards

Greg

PS Keep up the good work!
