Empty Cleared_Offers files – 17 Sep 2019

Hi there,

Just noticed that the files in Cleared_Offers (Wholesale DataSets) are empty from the 5 Sep. They contain a header but no data.

This got caught up in the prep for the wind offer adjustments that went live on 19 September 2019. Its all resolved now, cheers.
