ICP API Offline (503)

I just noticed the ICP aPI is offline: https://emi.portal.azure-api.net/

 

It returns:

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

The API is not offline - see https://emi.developer.azure-api.net/.

Maybe you're using a bookmark that links to the old portal, which was replaced a long time ago now.
