The monthly half-hourly files are great (https://www.emi.ea.govt.nz/Wholesale/Datasets/Generation/Generation_MD/{yyyymm}_Generation_MD.csv) but Turitea wind farm is missing. Anybody know when this might be fixed, and if there is another way to extract generator metering info in the mean time?

The April 2022 generation by plant file is about to be uploaded. In fact the files for the past year or so will be regenerated in order to fix the missing Turitea wind farm, among other plant that were missing.
This particular dataset is an old legacy one that makes use of a mapping table that requires manual updating. It has been neglected in recent times becasue we haven't had the resources in the team to stay on top of such manual processes.
Alternative sources of 'generation' data (by location rather than plant) are:
- SPD results for final pricing - these files are published daily, as and when the SPD final pricing case files arrive from the system operator
- Reconciled injections and offtake - these data come from the reconciliation manager and are published monthly.
