The team at Transpower have supplied new PSS/E and PSS/E Raw files for use by those looking to do power systems analysis in the wake of the announcement that the Tiwai Point aluminium smelter will close.
The new files can be downloaded from here. See the readme file here for the notes prepared by Transpower describing the assumptions underlying the light load and peak load cases that have been made available.
