Where did the spans go?

Heya! I remember a couple of years ago I was able to get really detailed transmission line span data, I came back looking for it for a new project and i am not able to find it anywhere in the datasets or anywhere else - Am I looking in the wrong place or is this gone now? Thanks

I also remember data that had information on all the nodes, distrubtor etc - I belive this was in the same place but also cant find it
